How can you use Fleet Insight?

Updated over a week ago

Fleet Insight is part of our Fleet solutions service, which can be used either with or without Fleet Payment. Let’s take a look at the features offered to our registered fleet managers through Fleet Insight.

Member Data

You can view the data and alerts related to individual members under the Members tab, by clicking on each user in the list. For convenience, you can filter through the members to quickly find the user you're looking for.

Alerts

Weekend car usage appears here. You can scroll through the list using the right and left arrows at the bottom of the white field.

Car Data

The vehicle data section provides detailed information about the parameters of each vehicle, helping owners track their vehicle’s condition and plan for more efficient use in the future.

Maintenance Settings

If you'd like to receive notifications about when a user’s vehicle is due for maintenance, click on the member's name, then select the gear icon next to Service settings. You can choose between two options:

  1. Send notification based on date:
On the left, under the By date heading, enter the date of the next maintenance, and set how many days in advance you'd like to be notified.

  2. Send notification based on odometer reading:
On the right, under the by odometer heading, enter the current odometer and the mileage at which the next maintenance is due. Then, set how many kilometers before this point you’d like to receive a notification.

Monthly Mileage Data - Ratio of Private and Business Trips

In the monthly mileage section, you can see the kilometers traveled by each fleet member for private and business trips, broken down by month. You can scroll through the list using the right and left arrows at the bottom of the white field.

Journey Logs

In the trip log section, you can download detailed trip logs grouped by month in Excel format. When you click the download button at the end of each month’s row, the Excel file will include the fleet member's name, address, vehicle license plate, and type. It will also show the ratio of private and business trips as a percentage, and the fuel consumption per 100 km. Additionally, the table provides the start and end times and locations of each trip, whether it was private or business, and the distance traveled.

You can scroll through the list using the right and left arrows at the bottom of the white field.

Weekend Car Usage

Here you can see when employees use their company cars on weekends and the distance traveled. As before, you can scroll through the list using the left and right arrows at the bottom of the white field.

Details of Business Trips

The details of the fleet members' business trips can also be found by selecting the Members tab in the left-hand menu, then choosing a person and clicking on the Business Trips tab in the top menu. From the list that appears, select the trip you're interested in to view the details. To make searching easier, each trip is labeled with a date, start and end time, and destination. When you open the trips, you can view them on the map, as well as see the driving score we assigned to each trip.
