Our Fleet solutions service has been enhanced with new features, making its use more convenient and transparent for both members and the fleet manager. Joining the fleet is a simple, few-step process that takes only a few minutes.
Process of Joining the Fleet
Registration
If you haven't been a Cristo user before, first download our app and register with your corporate email address, which will allow your fleet manager to invite you to the fleet. After registering, please confirm your email address.
Beat Device Registration and Connection
After registration, register your vehicle, which requires only your license plate number and vehicle type. You can find a detailed description by clicking here. To scan the Beat device, go to the Pro tab at the top of the page and click on the "Have a Beat?" card, then scan the QR code on the top of the Beat device.
Once the Beat device is registered, connect the device to your car's OBDII port, start the ignition, and wait a few minutes. This step is necessary for the device to send the required information to our system.
❗️It's important to perform the connection preferably in an open area, not in a place like an underground garage, as this could prevent the data from being transmitted.
Joining the fleet
First, the fleet manager invites you to the fleet, for which you'll receive a notification within the app. You can find the notification by clicking on the bell icon next to your profile picture on the home page.
To accept the invitation, click on the notification and then press the Next button.
On the next page, select the fleet you were invited to.
Click the Accept button.
You're all set! A green Accepted label will appear next to your fleet.
