Registration, settings, inviting members, and their settings

Our Fleet solutions service is divided into two separate packages, Cristo Fleet Payment and Cristo Fleet Insight, which can be requested together or independently.

Accessing the Fleet Solutions Interface

As a fleet manager, you'll use our web interface. You need to have a registered profile on the Cristo app, confirmed via a link sent to your email.

To access the interface, click here. For login, open the Cristo app on your phone and tap the QR code scanner icon in the top right corner. After scanning, click the Approve button.

Login and Basic Settings

With our Fleet Payment service, you can consolidate employee car-related expenses (e.g., highway vignettes, parking receipts) into a monthly account, eliminating the need to collect paper receipts for each payment. This reduces significant administrative burdens.

The fleet manager needs to record basic data, the company's credit card, and the corresponding invoice address via the web app. The steps are as follows:

  1. After logging in using the QR code, select the Data option from the left menu. Here you can enter the Base data, such as the fleet's name and associated invoicing email address.

  2. Provide the Invoice address

  3. And the Credit card details

You can also set up which services the shared credit card can be used for by users.

Inviting Members to the Fleet Payment Fleet

In the Members tab, click on Invite member. Enter the user's email address they registered with on the Cristo app, their car's license plate number, and then click Send invite.

Cristo Fleet Insight

Fleet Insight enables comprehensive fleet tracking and efficient management, providing users with exceptional convenience through the Pro membership.

Contracting

  1. To request the Cristo Fleet Insight service, click here. You'll find a detailed description by choosing the More info option.

  2. To apply, click Open form at the bottom of the page.

  3. Fill out the form to initiate the contracting process. You can also choose whether the Pro membership fee is included in the service fee. If included, the Beat telemetry devices will be sent to the partner contracting the Fleet Insight service. If not included, users need to subscribe individually to the Pro membership, which is essential for the Insight service to function.

  4. Afterward, the Cooperation Agreement and Data Processing Agreement are created on the eszerzodes.hu system, to be digitally signed by both parties.

  5. Once signed, we'll send an invoice for the service fee. After payment, we will set up the necessary permissions within the account. If the service fee includes the Pro membership, the Beat devices will be delivered via courier shortly.

General Fleet Insight Settings

On the web app, first select the Data tab and provide the fleet's basic information (credit card details are only needed if you want to use the Fleet Payment service). At the bottom of the Data tab, you can set the default data set.

This data set can be customized for each member during the invitation process and can also be modified later for existing users. In such cases, a new invitation will be sent, which the user must accept.

Adding Members to the Fleet Insight

To add a new member, select the Members option from the left menu, then click Invite member, and enter the user’s email address and license plate number.

If the service fee includes the Pro membership, the Beat devices will be pre-assigned to the fleet upon delivery. The users will then appear on the Members waiting for an invitation, and their details can be copied by pressing the button on the right to send an invitation. By default, the previously set data sets will be applied, but these can be adjusted per user.
