If you no longer need Cristo Casco insurance, you can cancel it as follows:
Ways of Cancelling Casco Insurance
Termination within 14 days: The service can be terminated without any justification within 14 days from the date of signing the contract.
Termination due to loss of interest: The Cristo Casco service can also be terminated due to a loss of interest, for example, if your car becomes a total loss, is stolen, or you sell it. In case of a sale, please email us at help@hellocristo.hu or contact us via the in-app Chat, which can be found by clicking on your profile picture and selecting the Customer service menu. Please attach your car's sales contract to your Cristo Casco termination request!
Reduce balance to zero: You can also terminate your casco by reducing your balance to 0 HUF in the app. Since Cristo Casco operates similarly to prepaid cards, your casco insurance is only active as long as there are funds in your balance.
Disabling Automatic Balance Top-Up
If you have previously set up automatic balance top-up:
Click on the Casco tab at the top bar, or select the Casco icon within the Hub menu in the lower right corner.
Choose the Gear icon.
Here, you can disable the automatic top-up function using the slider, then click Save.
This ensures that the balance will not be automatically topped up, allowing the insurance to expire naturally.
