Where can I modify general settings?
Additional settings beyond the basic functions can be accessed by clicking on your profile photo in the top right corner of the home screen. Within this, you need to select the Settings menu, where you can specify settings related to the basic operation of the application, which are as follows:
Languages: The application is currently available in English and Hungarian.
Notifications: You can decide whether you want to receive notifications about personalized offers / if you have parked in a paid parking zone / if some weather phenomenon (e.g., hail) threatens your car.
Location Data Settings: You can enable or disable access to your location data for us while using the application (we need access to your location data for the automatic parking zone recognition and other convenience services to work).
Credit Cards: Here you can access and modify your already registered credit cards, and you can register a new one after pressing the "+" button.
Billing Addresses: Here you can access and modify your already entered billing addresses, and you can register a new billing address after pressing the "+" button.
Fleet Assignments: If you have received an invitation to a fleet, you can manage the related settings here.
How can I modify data?
If any of your data changes after registration, for example, your address, phone number, email address, or your car gets a new license plate, please notify us via the Chat found within the application, or by sending an email to help@hellocristo.hu. (In the case of Casco insurance, a change of residence can affect the price of the insurance, so it's definitely important to inform us about the change.)
