Fleet Manager
Updated over a week ago

We take the administrative burdens off your shoulders associated with managing multiple cars and their related expenses in your business. 🚘 🚘 🚘 🚘 🚘 🚘 🚘 🚘

You can securely share your corporate bank card and billing address with other Cristo users, who can then use it for services available in the Cristo app (e.g., parking, highway sticker purchases, Pro subscriptions, etc.). At the end of the month, you receive a single invoice listing every transaction your colleagues paid for with the corporate card.

Where can I find the Fleet Manager?

This is our first service that you won't find in the app, but can access on the Cristo Webapp interface in a web environment, which you can open from a browser with the help of the app.

What is Webapp and what is it good for?

The Webapp is a system complementing the app, where we aim to develop services that are more convenient to manage in a web environment, in a browser, than in the app. The Fleet Manager is the first to debut here.

How does the Webapp work?

Open the Webapp interface from the browser of your desktop computer or laptop. On the opened interface, you'll see a QR code, which you can scan with your phone's camera or from the Cristo app (min. version 7.2) by pressing the QR reader icon.

To log into the Webapp, you need a Cristo registration, as that's how you can access the interface. There's no separate registration option for the Webapp; you can only do that in the app.

You can access various services on the Webapp interface from the left-hand menu.

What is the Fleet Manager good for?

The primary purpose of the Fleet Manager is to record your corporate billing address and your bank card, which you can securely share with other users.

How to record data in the Fleet Manager?

On the Webapp interface, select "Fleet Manager" from the left menu, then the "Data" label from the dropdown menu.

  1. On the opened interface, first enter the basic data, such as your company's name and the billing email address, then specify for which services you allow the use of the bank card and billing address, and finally press the "Save" button.

  2. On the next page, record your company's billing address, and don't forget to save here either.

  3. Lastly, add your bank card to the profile. For this, you need to provide the basic card details, then register the card with a 0 Ft transaction through our payment service provider.

Inviting members and subscribing to the Fleet Manager service

For someone to be able to use the recorded billing data and the recorded bank card, you need to invite them. To do this, go to the "Members" menu on the side menu, enter the user's email address used in Cristo and their license plate number, then press the "Send Invitation" button.

IMPORTANT! You can only invite a user with a live Cristo registration who also has the specified license plate number registered!

Before sending the invitation, we inform you about the payment obligation that arises from the invitation (and thus the pairing). With the first invitation sent and accepted, your Fleet Manager subscription starts.

The fee for the Fleet Manager service is deducted from the recorded bank card, and the invoice is issued to the recorded billing address.

To have your own car appear in the Fleet Manager service, you also need to invite your own account, as this is how you can assign the recorded bank card and billing address.

The pricing of the Fleet Manager is based on the number of assigned cars and whether the car has a Pro subscription.

Invoice availability in the Fleet Manager

Users with whom you shared your bank card can select the bank card during their payments initiated through the app. By selecting the bank card, the billing address you recorded is also selected in the app, which the user cannot modify, so every service they paid for with the shared card goes on a single invoice, which we issue as a monthly settlement invoice.

We send this invoice to the billing email address you provided, and we also make it available within the Webapp under the "Invoices" menu item of the Fleet Manager menu.
