Check that your device hasn't moved and that you've used your car in a place where there was a signal (e.g. recording a trip in an underground car park can be problematic and only getting data after repeated signal strength). If you see that everything is fine and your trips are not being recorded, please report the problem to us as soon as possible via the chat available in the customer support menu in the app or by sending an email to help@hellocristo.hu!
