Automatic Parking Shutdown is a unique service provided for cars having a Pro membership and equipped with Beat, ensuring no more forgotten parking incidents.
Automatic parking shutdown
If you start parking on a car for which you have a Pro membership, you can choose to automatically stop the parking meter. This means that when your car moves, the parking meter stops, but if you do not go anywhere, the parking restarts every hour. You can choose to automatically stop the parking meter when connecting the Beat device.
Manual Parking Shutdown
As a Pro member, you have the option not just for automatic shutdown, but also to do it manually. This can be selected in the Parking settings that appear when starting parking. If the parking shutdown is set to manual, or you do not have a Beat device, in any case, do not forget to stop the parking meter by clicking the 'Stop Parking' button when leaving your parking place! As part of the manual shutdown, you can also set up automatic parking restart and a reminder!
💡If the parking shutdown is set to automatic, but it does not stop when the car moves, please first stop the parking manually, then report the incident to us by providing the parking ID, so we can investigate what happened.
